1.Introduction to Fibreheart ASA-GF Filament

Siraya Tech Fibreheat ASA-GF Black is a high-strength ASA-based 3D printing filament reinforced with 10% chopped glass fiber. This special formulation offers excellent mechanical properties, UV resistance, and improved printing stability compared to other ASA filaments.

2.Key Features

  • Enhanced warping resistance and dimensional stability from glass fiber reinforcement
  • Excellent UV resistance, ideal for outdoor applications
  • Compatible with quick-remove support material for clean surfaces on complex models
  • Available in 1.75mm diameter, 1kg/2.5kg/3kg spools

4. Tips for Best Results

With a glass transition temp of 106°C and HDT of 92-97°C, Fibreheat ASA-GF is suitable for parts requiring high strength and heat resistance. The addition of chopped glass fibers provides a tensile modulus of 2871 MPa (XY) and bending modulus of 2751 MPa (XY).
  • To achieve optimal print quality, use a ≥0.4mm nozzle at 250-270°C, with the build plate at 100-110°C.
  • Nozzle: Use a hardened steel nozzle to handle the abrasive nature of carbon fiber reinforcement. If you're unsure, please contact the nozzle manufacturer, as there are many types available on the market.
  • Keeping the printer enclosed and heated to 60-80°C can help avoid warping.
  • If moisture absorption is suspected, please dried at 70-80°C for 4-6 hours.
Fibreheat ASA-GF Black is an excellent choice for strong, UV-stable parts for outdoor use and functional applications. It enables production of large models with minimal warping when used with the proper heated enclosure setup.
