My name is Mark Peng, and I am the founder of Siraya Tech, a leading provider of next-generation photopolymer resins for 3D printing. In this blog, I want to share with you the origin of Siraya Tech and how it reflects my passion for technology and innovation, as well as my heritage and the Siraya people.
I was born and raised in Taiwan, where I developed a keen interest in technology and innovation from a young age. I moved to the United States as a teenager, where I pursued my education and career in mathematics and business. In 2016, I founded Peopoly, a company that specializes in SLA 3D printers and accessories.
It was also during this trip that I came up with the idea to create a 3D printing material startup focused on UV photopolymers for professional users. It felt right to naming the team after the indigenous tribe to honor my heritage. To me, Siraya Tech represents more than a 3D printing material company. It's a tribute to cultural heritage, celebrates diversity, and reminds us that our differences make us unique. I named the company after the Siraya people to honor their resilience, creativity, and spirit.
Since its inception, Siraya Tech has developed top-notch photopolymers for various 3D printers and expanded its reach worldwide through channels such as Amazon, major resellers, and its own e-store. Some of our popular resins include Fast ABS-like, Blu Tough, Blu Nylon-like, Tenacious, and Cast the castable resins. We have also developed Defiant, a platinum silicone with exceptional resistance to curing inhibition, making it ideal for working with 3D printing UV resin.

I’m new to 3d printing and found your filaments from Functional Print Fridays youtube channel. I ordered some of your different TPU’s and tried the 95a for the first time. I absolutely love how easy it was to print with and how awesome my stuff came out. I will definitely be trying more soon! Thanks for making a great product reasonably priced.
