Professional-grade heat resistance
With an industry-leading 101°C Heat Deflection Temperature, ABS HT HF ensures durability in demanding, high-temperature environments where standard ABS fails.

Optimized for high-speed printing
Engineered with a high-flow formulation, it delivers smooth, consistent extrusion even at 200mm/s, enabling faster prototyping and production without sacrificing strength.
Seamless post-processing & finishing
Easily achieve an injection-mold-like surface with sanding, painting, or acetone vapor smoothing—ideal for both functional and aesthetic parts.

Stable, strong, reliable
Designed for repeatable accuracy, ABS HT HF offers robust mechanical strength and excellent layer adhesion—perfect for production runs, jigs, fixtures, and functional parts.

Lowest odor, advanced formulation
Fibreheart refined ABS blend minimizes fumes, providing a cleaner, safer, and more user-friendly printing experience compared to conventional ABS.

FAQ
Printing ABS HT on an open-body printer is not recommended.
Open-body printers have lower chamber temperatures, which can easily cause the high-temperature ABS to overcool, affecting interlayer strength and increasing the risk of warping.
Yes, ABS HT is compatible with AMS!
ABS HT does not contain any carbon fiber or glass fiber, so it's not very brittle. It's also not as soft and prone to sticking as TPU.
