1. Product Overview

Siraya Tech Fibreheart PAHT is an advanced FDM 3D printing filament based on polyphthalamide (PPA) - a high-temperature nylon engineered for demanding applications. This unfilled, high-performance material offers exceptional mechanical properties, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability with significantly lower moisture sensitivity compared to standard PA6 nylon.

2. Key Features

  • Superior Moisture Resistance: PAHT demonstrates significantly better moisture handling with a saturated moisture absorption rate of approximately one-fifth of PA6 and other Nylons.

  • Annealable Filament for Enhanced Strength: Annealing enhances durability, reduces stress, and improves dimensional stability for precise, high-performance engineering applications.
  • Superior Wear Resistance: Low friction coefficient with self-lubricating properties ideal for gears and wear-sensitive parts
  • Excellent Chemical Resistance: High resistance to various chemicals and solvents
  • Dimensional Stability: Minimal warping and shrinkage during printingwhen compared to Nylon
  • Enhanced Printability: Compatible with quick-release support materials for complex geometries
