Siraya Tech Fibreheart PAHT User Manual
1. Product Overview
Siraya Tech Fibreheart PAHT is an advanced FDM 3D printing filament based on polyphthalamide (PPA) - a high-temperature nylon engineered for demanding applications. This unfilled, high-performance material offers exceptional mechanical properties, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability with significantly lower moisture sensitivity compared to standard PA6 nylon.
2. Key Features
- LowerMoisture Sensitivity: 5x lower moisture absorption than standard PA6 nylon, ensuring consistent performance
- Superior Wear Resistance: Low friction coefficient with self-lubricating properties ideal for gears and wear-sensitive parts
- Excellent Chemical Resistance: High resistance to various chemicals and solvents
- Dimensional Stability: Minimal warping and shrinkage during printingwhen compared to Nylon
- Enhanced Printability: Compatible with quick-release support materials for complex geometries
