Siraya Tech Fibreheart PAHT-CF Core Filament User Manual
1. Product Overview
Siraya Tech Fibreheart PAHT-CF Core is an advanced FDM 3D printing filament engineered for exceptional performance.
This innovative material features a unique skin-core structure, combining polyphthalamide (PPA) - a high-temperature nylon (PAHT) outer layer with a 25% chopped carbon fiber reinforced core. This architecture delivers superior mechanical properties, heat resistance, and layer adhesion compared to traditional fiber-filled filaments.
2. Key Features
Revolutionary Core-Shell Structure- Optimized Fiber Distribution: 25% carbon fiber concentrated in the filament core
- Enhanced Layer Adhesion: PPA outer shell ensures superior Z-axis bonding
- Reduced Nozzle Wear: Protective outer layer minimizes abrasive fiber contact with printer components
- Superior Mechanical Properties: Higher fiber content (25%) enables exceptional strength and stiffness
- Enhanced Layer Bonding: Pure resin shell-to-shell contact provides superior Z-axis strength
- Excellent Dimensional Stability: Core-shell structure minimizes warping and improves part accuracy
- Extended Equipment Life: Reduced wear on nozzles, extruders, and other printer components
- Easy on the Hand: Less fiber on the outer shell means less chance for short fiber irritating skin
