The Perfect Settings: Printing ABS-like Fast Grey on the Reflex RS
For this test, we found a successful workaround for the Reflex RS’s locked-down resin profiles by using the PAWW10 resin profile in the printer settings.Tips for Success
-
Proper Resin Preparation: Always shake the bottle of ABS-like Fast Grey thoroughly before use to ensure proper resin consistency.
-
Consistent Ambient Temperature: Maintain a stable room temperature of around 25°C (77°F) for optimal results.
-
Support Structures: Use appropriate support structures, especially for complex geometries, to prevent print failures.
-
Post-Processing: After printing, clean your parts in isopropyl alcohol and consider post-curing them under UV light for enhanced strength and durability.
- Test print: Test print before starting.
