3. Work Flow

  • Printing

Fast Mecha White Resin is a high-quality 3D printing material that offers exceptional ease of use and sandability. Specifically optimized for LCD/DLP printing, it offers outstanding results for printing tabletop models to industrial parts, especially suitable for small and half-length models.

Fast-Mecha preserves the non-brittleness and easy printing of Fast resin while having a low friction non-scratch.

It requires 25% exposure than other Fast Resin.

To achieve optimal results with Fast Mecha White Resin, you need to use the appropriate slicer profiles for your printer model and software. You can download the slicer profiles for Chitubox and Lychee slicers from this link: Download Fast Meche Resin profile here

  • Clean
    • Use a brush to remove excess resin, clean with 95% ethanol or IPA (avoid acetone).
    • After 2-3 minutes, remove alcohol with hair dryer or air blower. Clean/dry multiple times for complex parts.
    • Check the dry surface for stickiness. If still sticky, wash and dry again.
  • Post Curing
    • Fast Mecha resin reaches optimal strength when post-cured with 395-405nm UV light for 1-2 minutes.
    • Ensure resin is completely cleaned and dry before curing.
    • Fully dry Fast Mecha prints before post-curing. No need to use the water submersion technique
