Mastering First-Layer Adhesion: Introducing Siraya Tech Grip for Print Farms and Professionals

At Siraya Tech, we treat our rapidly growing Filament division with the same relentless focus on performance as our foundational Resin ecosystem. While we engineer high-performance materials like our Fibreheart composites and Roamr active foaming TPUs to push the boundaries of what you can print, we also know that the most advanced filament in the world is virtually useless if the first layer fails.

The 3D printing community has long been supported by fantastic, specialized adhesives. Respected products from brands like Magigoo and Vision Miner have paved the way for reliable bed adhesion across various niches, helping makers and engineers achieve great results. However, as we listened to our print farm partners scaling up their operations, a recurring challenge emerged: the need for a universally adaptable, high-performance adhesive.

High-demand environments require a solution that bridges the gap between everyday prototyping and advanced industrial extrusion. They need a single formulation that handles both the extreme warping forces of industrial composites and the stubborn stickiness of elastomers, all without the bottleneck of swapping bed adhesives between jobs.

Enter Siraya Tech Grip.

The "Hot Grab, Cold Release" Advantage

Siraya Tech Grip is a universal 3D printer bed adhesive engineered to provide high adhesion and prevent warping during the most demanding 3D printing processes. It is specifically designed to tackle the two most frustrating extremes of FDM and FGF printing: parts that won't stick, and parts that stick too well.

The defining characteristic of Grip is its thermal responsiveness. When the build plate is hot, Grip activates to lock the first layer down, securing the print and ensuring dimensional stability at the base. It significantly reduces the risk of corners lifting when printing stiff, warp-prone materials like our PPA-CF or ABS-GF.

However, the true magic happens when the print finishes. As the build plate returns to room temperature, Grip's hold intentionally releases. This is an absolute game-changer for extremely sticky materials like TPU (such as our Flex TPU 85A or the tunable TPU Air). For these elastomers, a bed adhesive isn't just about keeping the print on the bedβ€”it's about ensuring the print can actually be removed without tearing the soft material or permanently damaging the build surface.

Universal Material and Hardware Compatibility

Print farms and industrial environments cannot afford to slow down their workflow. We formulated Grip for maximum versatility across your entire fleet:

Broad Material Compatibility: Grip is highly effective for advanced engineering materials as well as standard everyday filaments. Its proven material compatibility includes demanding polymers like PPA, PEBA, Nylon, ABS, PLA, and PETG.

Hardware Agnostic: Whether you are using a standard desktop FDM printer or a giant FGF pellet printer with dimensions measured in meters, Grip scales seamlessly to your needs. It is compatible with machines utilizing standard build surfaces, including Glass, PEI, and Spring Steel.

Effortless Application: Because of its unique formulation, Grip goes on easily. Apply it directly to a clean build plate prior to heating.

A Clean and Simple Workflow

Maintenance shouldn't slow down your production schedule. After your parts have safely popped off the cooled bed, cleanup is straightforward. You can wipe the build plate down as needed using warm water or standard bed cleaning solutions, preparing you immediately for the next batch.

Whether you are printing hyper-stiff Fibreheart composites for automotive replacements or ultra-soft Rebound PEBA for performance footwear, Siraya Tech Grip ensures your prints start flawlessly and finish cleanly. Focus on creating amazing things, and let Grip handle the foundation.
