Stop waiting hours for a single TPU print. Siraya Tech High Speed TPU Filament is engineered with a high melt index to deliver flexible parts 3 to 5 times faster than standard TPU without sacrificing strength or flexibility.
Whether you're printing phone cases in bulk, designing functional prototypes, or running a production print farm, this filament eliminates the speed bottleneck that has plagued TPU users for years.
- 3-5x Faster Print Times: Achieve speeds up to 70–90 mm/s compared to 15–25 mm/s with regular TPU.
- Zero Clog Technology: High flow rate engineered to prevent jams and extruder compression.
- Superior Flexibility: Maintains exceptional interlayer adhesion and impact resistance despite faster extrusion.
- 95A Shore Hardness: Perfect balance of stiffness and flex for consumer products and functional parts.
- Direct-Drive Ready: Optimized for Bambu Lab, Prusa, Voron, and all modern direct-drive printers.
- Universal Compatibility: Works with standard 0.4mm nozzles on heated beds.
- Fast Shipping: Orders ship within 24 hours from US/EU warehouses.
Why Choose High Flow (HF) TPU?
Standard TPU is notorious for requiring painfully slow print speeds (often 15-20mm/s). Our High Speed TPU changes the rules.
5x Faster Production:
By optimizing the melt viscosity, our Flex TPU filament can handle higher volumetric flow rates. This means you can ramp up your print speeds without underextrusion or layer delamination.
Prevent Clogs & Buckling
The number one cause of failed flexible prints is "buckling"—when the filament bends inside the extruder.
Our HF formula is slightly stiffer before melting, which helps it push through the nozzle smoothly, even on Bowden systems (though direct drive is still best).
Smoother Surface Finish
Faster travel speeds reduce the "oozing" and stringing common with flexible filaments. The result is cleaner walls and fewer artifacts on your final part.
Settings for Fast Flexible Printing
To get the most out of your high-speed TPU, you need the right slicer settings.
- Temperature: Increase your nozzle temp to 220°C - 240°C. Faster printing requires the plastic to melt instantly.
- Volumetric Flow: Our Flex 85A can handle flow rates up to 20 mm³/s on high-performance extruders.
- Retraction: Keep it low! For direct drive, use 0.5mm - 1.0mm.
🔥 For even softer materials, check out our TPE filament or soft 3D printer filament collections, which require virtually zero retraction.
FAQs About High Speed TPU Filaments
How fast can I print Siraya Tech High Speed TPU?
You can typically print our Flex series at 40-60mm/s, with some users achieving even higher speeds on advanced printers like Bambu Lab or Voron. This is significantly faster than the standard 15-20mm/s for generic TPU.
Do I need a special extruder for high-speed TPU?
While a Direct Drive Extruder is recommended for the fastest and most reliable results, Siraya Tech's High Flow formula is forgiving enough to work on many Bowden setups if you keep the speed moderate.
Is High Speed TPU weaker than regular TPU?
No. The "High Flow" modification affects how the plastic melts, not its final strength. You still get excellent impact resistance, tear strength, and layer adhesion, just like our standard TPU filament.
What is the best temperature for fast TPU printing?
For high-speed printing, you generally want to print at the higher end of the temperature range (230°C - 240°C). This ensures the filament melts fast enough to keep up with the extruder.
Does high-speed TPU have more stringing?
Actually, printing faster can reduce stringing. High travel speeds (150mm/s+) help "snap" the filament strand rather than dragging it, leading to cleaner prints. Just remember to dry your filament first!
