If you are looking to print flexible parts but are worried about clogs and jams, Siraya Tech TPU 95A Filament is your answer. With a Shore Hardness of 95A, this material offers the durability of rubber with the printability of PLA.
It is stiff enough to be pushed through standard Bowden extruders (like the Ender 3 V2) yet flexible enough to withstand impacts, crushing, and stretching.
Part of our premium Flex Family, this filament is engineered for high-speed printing, making it the top choice for production-grade gaskets, phone cases, and industrial vibration dampeners.
Why Choose 95A over Softer TPUs?
Think of 95A as a Shopping Cart Wheel or a dense eraser. It absorbs shock brilliantly but holds its structure firmly.
Unlike softer 85A TPU, our 95A works on 99% of FDM printers, including those with long Bowden tubes. No Direct Drive upgrade required.
Incredible abrasion resistance. It won't crack or shatter like PLA/PETG when dropped. Ideal for RC car tires, drone bumpers, and protective sleeves.
Find The Perfect Balance Between Flex And Strength With TPU 95A Filament
Engineers and makers often need a material that can handle substantial weight and abuse without losing its shape. Our TPU 95A filament is designed to fill the gap between rigid plastics and ultra-soft rubbers, providing a "hard rubber" consistency that is essential for functional mechanical parts.
Durable Performance For Demanding Projects
Stop worrying about your printed parts snapping under pressure or delaminating after a few uses.
- Perfect Balance: With a Shore A hardness of 95A, this filament offers a unique combination of flexibility and toughness, making it ideal for drone guards, phone cases, and industrial vibration dampeners.
- Load Bearing Capable: Unlike softer variants, our 95A formulation is capable of supporting substantial weight, allowing you to print functional brackets and hinges that need to be both strong and bendable.
- Impact Resistant: The material naturally absorbs kinetic energy, meaning your parts can take a hit and rebound instantly rather than cracking like standard PLA or ABS.
Optimized For Direct Drive And Bowden Systems
We believe that high-performance materials should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their printer setup.
- Wide Compatibility: While optimized for printers with direct drive extruders for maximum speed, our stiff 95A formula is rigid enough to be printed on most Bowden tube setups without the "noodle effect."
- Effortless Printing Experience: Formulated to reduce friction, this filament feeds smoothly through the gears, minimizing the risk of jams and allowing for longer, unattended print jobs.
- Excellent Bed Adhesion: We tackled the common issue of warping by creating a material that sticks firmly to the build plate during printing but releases cleanly once cooled.
Print Faster And Smoother Using High Flow TPU 95A Filament
One of the biggest complaints about flexible materials is how painfully slow you have to print them.
We solved this bottleneck by engineering a high-flow TPU 95A filament that keeps up with modern high-speed printers without sacrificing surface quality.
High Speed Capabilities Without Compromise
You no longer have to wait days for a single flexible part to finish printing.
- Faster 3D Printing Speeds: Our advanced melt flow index allows the material to flow quickly through the nozzle, enabling you to increase your print speeds significantly compared to standard TPUs.
- Low Odor Formulation: We prioritized a clean printing environment by ensuring our material has low-odor properties, making it safe and pleasant to use in home workshops or classrooms.
- Crisp Details: Even at higher speeds, the filament maintains excellent layer adhesion and wall definition, ensuring your final print looks professional and polished.
TPU 95A Print Settings (High Speed Capable)
Because of its slightly higher stiffness, you can print Siraya Tech 95A significantly faster than other flexibles.

FAQs About TPU 95A Filament
What is the difference between TPU 95A and 85A?
The main difference is stiffness. TPU 95A filament is harder, similar to the rubber wheel of a shopping cart, which makes it easier to print and better for structural parts. TPU 85A is softer, like the heel of a shoe, offering more flexibility but requiring slower print speeds.
Do I need a direct drive extruder for 95A TPU?
While a direct drive extruder gives the best control and speed, tpu 95a filament is stiff enough to work well on most Bowden-style printers (like the standard Ender 3) if you print at moderate speeds and reduce retraction settings.
What are the best settings for printing TPU 95A?
We generally recommend a nozzle temperature between 210°C and 230°C and a bed temperature of 40°C to 60°C. Because of its excellent adhesion, you usually don't need glue, but a clean bed is essential. Turn off or lower retraction to prevent clogs.
Can this filament serve as a hinge?
Yes. TPU 95A has excellent fatigue resistance. You can print "living hinges" that can be bent back and forth thousands of times without breaking, making it perfect for container lids or flexible joints.
