FAQ

PETG-CF HF is compatible with most FDM 3D printers that support PETG, but for optimal performance, it is recommended to use a printer with an all-metal hotend and ensure it can reach 225-250°C nozzle temperature.

Enclosure is not mandatory.

Since PETG-CF HF contains carbon fiber reinforcement, it requires a hardened steel or wear-resistant nozzle to prevent excessive wear.

A 0.4mm or larger nozzle is recommended for consistent extrusion performance.

PETG-CF HF contains 10% of powder carbon fiber, optimized for high-speed printing (150mm/s and above) while maintaining excellent rigidity, heat resistance, and layer adhesion.

No, PETG-CF HF cannot be improved through annealing because PETG does not crystallize.

Annealing will not enhance its mechanical properties or heat resistance and may cause deformation or reduced layer adhesion.

Therefore, annealing is not recommended for PETG-CF HF.
